According to a new survey by HomeAdvisor.com, millennials are more active than any other generation when it comes to home remodeling. So, the popularity of quartz countertops doesn’t look to slow down because millennials love the look and low-maintenance of quartz.. Since 1990, Silestone countertops have been a leader in the industry when it comes to setting quartz trends. Below are some popular color choices in 2018:

Charcoal Soapstone

Many love the look of soapstone and it is considered to be a very durable natural stone option. However, it is prone to scratching and should be oiled ever so often. So, if you love the look of soapstone, but prefer less scratching and overall maintenance than Silestone’s Charcoal Soapstone would be a great alternative.

Classic White

White quartz countertops are extremely popular for both contemporary and farmhouse chic design.  They go with pretty much everything and do not limit your choices in both tile and cabinetry.  Basically, the sky is the limit with Classic White because it truly offers a timeless look.   It also is a great choice for small kitchens and kitchens that need more light.

Oh, the many different shades of gray! A neutral that goes with pretty much anything, this color seems to be a mainstay for years to come. Serena is a perfect greige color that pairs great with white and cream cabinetry.  It also will appeal to homeowners looking for a concrete countertop without the maintenance.

Calacatta Gold

With white background and broad veining, Silestone’s Calacatta Gold mimics some of the most desired marble out there.

With a soft touch, Silestone Calacatta Gold has a clear background in unique white with veins that draw lines around the slabs akin to a luxury portrait. Eternal Calacatta Gold is part of the new Eternal range which evokes the beauty of famous Italian stones without the inherent issues present on natural marble and is available in slab dimensions of 3250x1590mm and thicknesses of 12mm, 20mm and 30mm which will suit any type of application including worktop, flooring and cladding.
