Zodiaq Quartz Countertops (Corian Quartz)
Dupont’s Zodiaq quartz countertops now called Corian Quartz offers a large collection that comes in four categories (Light Granular Quartz, Light Veined Quartz, Dark Granular Quartz, Dark Veined Quartz). They also launched 11 new colors in 2018 that offer more veining and warmer tones. Dupont is probably best known for their solid surface line of Corian countertops, but their quartz is gaining notoriety.
Below is a list of some of the most popular colors:
A color that launched in 2018, London Sky is becoming a very popular countertop choice for both kitchens and bathrooms. A soft white with soft grey veining, it is a great option for homeowners needing warmer tone countertops.
Another beautiful color that is part of their Light Veined Quartz series is Stratus White. A blend of warm and cool colors, Stratus White offers more of a bolder pattern than London Sky. It pairs great with both white and dark cabinetry.
If you are looking for a darker countertop with more drama, than Potoro is for you. A deep midnight black with white veining, it looks great in contemporary kitchens with white cabinetry.
Calcutta Natura’s name says it all. With large pronounced veining, it mimics the looks of some of the most high-end and desirable marbles out there like Calcatta Gold. So, if you love the look of deep veined marble, but need a lower maintenance countertop, then this would be a good option for you.
The newly named Corian Quartz line has an impressive color palette to choose from. Like many of the quartz countertop lines we carry, it will come down to preference. But, our design consultants are here to assist you with making the decision that works best with your design.
